At World of Sanat, all sales are final. Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or returns once an order has been placed and delivered.

No Refund Policy

We do not provide refunds for any products, including but not limited to mica powders, pigments, pastes, glitters, dried flowers, or other resin raw materials. Please review product details carefully before placing your order.

Exchange for Damaged or Incorrect Products

An exchange will only be offered if the product received is damaged during transit or if an incorrect item is delivered.

To be eligible for an exchange, customers must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order and provide clear photos or videos showing the damage or issue.

Exchange Conditions

Approved exchanges will be processed for the same product only. We do not offer refunds, store credit, or exchanges for different products.

Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for exchange.

Shipping for Exchanges

If an exchange is approved due to damage or incorrect delivery, World of Sanat will arrange or cover the replacement shipment as applicable.
